Cancellation policy Covid 2021

In case of sanitary restrictions, decreed by the competent authority, a voucher of 100% of the amount received will be delivered to the customer, provided that the agreements of the contract have been respected. Otherwise, the contract will be automatically cancelled, without the refund of the money. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of the client’s previous booking. Outside the health restriction in all other cases the usual contractual conditions shall apply.

Datos de GRAND BOATS SL:

1. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
2. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before departure: 25% refund.
3. Cancellations between 14 days and the day before departure: No refund.

IN ALL CASES THE REFUND WILL BE BY TRANSFER WITH DISCOUNT OF THE BANK CHARGES INCURRED.
